These Terms of Use govern access to the website beautshskeletona.site and the purchase and attendance of functional training session products offered by ActiveForm (Beautshskeletona) in Amsterdam, Netherlands. By using our website or booking session packages, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“ActiveForm,” “we,” or “us” refers to the training studio operating under the brand Beautshskeletona. “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any visitor or purchaser of session products. “Session products” means coached functional training packages and add-ons listed on our Sessions page, including Foundation Block, Progress Block, Full Cycle, drop-ins, partner sessions, and remote check-ins. “Studio” means our premises at Pijnackerstraat 7, 1072 JS Amsterdam, Netherlands.

2. Website Use

You may browse beautshskeletona.site for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt site security, scrape content for commercial redistribution, inject malicious code, impersonate ActiveForm staff, or use automated tools that impose unreasonable load on our servers. Content on the website, including text, layout, and branding, is owned by ActiveForm or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. Limited copying for personal reference is permitted; republication requires written consent.

3. Services Description

ActiveForm provides small-group and private functional training sessions focused on mobility, stability, and practical strength. Session descriptions, durations, and prices on the website are informational and may be updated. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of specific time slots or coaches. Substitute coaches with equivalent qualifications may lead sessions when necessary.

4. Booking and Payment

Session products are booked through contact requests, confirmed invoices, or designated payment links provided by Beautshskeletona. Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise for business clients. Payment is due according to the invoice terms before or at the first session unless alternate arrangements are agreed in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension of remaining sessions. We reserve the right to decline bookings that cannot be accommodated safely or that conflict with studio policies.

5. Attendance and Conduct

Clients must arrive on time with appropriate athletic footwear and attire. Follow coach instructions regarding equipment use and spacing. Disruptive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from a session without refund. Inform coaches of relevant physical limitations before class. ActiveForm is not liable for personal belongings left in the studio. Photography or recording during sessions requires consent of participants and staff.

6. Health and Safety Acknowledgment

Functional training involves physical exertion. You confirm that you are voluntarily participating and that you have consulted a qualified health professional if you have concerns about your ability to exercise. You agree to stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort and to notify a coach immediately. ActiveForm coaches provide movement guidance but do not provide medical advice. Session products are coaching services, not clinical interventions.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client cancellations, studio closures, and refund eligibility are governed by our Return Policy, incorporated by reference. Please review return.html for detailed rules on session blocks and add-ons. In summary, rescheduling requests should be made at least twenty-four hours before a booked session where possible. Late cancellations may forfeit the session credit at our discretion except in cases of documented emergencies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Dutch law, ActiveForm is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from website use or session attendance. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a session product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the six months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited due to mandatory consumer protection rules or intentional misconduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify ActiveForm against claims arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of the website, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.

10. Privacy and Cookies

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in your country of residence under EU consumer rules where applicable. We encourage clients to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution.

14. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the Return Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use and session products unless a separate written contract states otherwise.
